1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreamVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To use StreamVault as a creator, you must create an account and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and upload content.

3. Creator Fees and Payments

Creators are charged $10 per month for each uploaded video, billed from the upload date. This fee is charged before the video is published and is non-refundable for the current billing period.

Additionally, StreamVault charges a 10% platform fee on creator revenue exceeding $100 per calendar month. The first $100 of monthly revenue is not subject to this fee.

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, or USDT). Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction.

4. Content Guidelines

Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload. The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Content that violates any applicable laws
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Content depicting minors in any harmful context
  • Content promoting violence, hate, or discrimination
  • Malware or malicious code

5. Viewer Purchases

Video purchases grant viewers a single viewing session. Purchases are non-refundable once a viewing token has been issued.

Viewers may not share, redistribute, or record purchased content. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension.

6. Termination

StreamVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all active subscriptions and pending payouts may be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

StreamVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
